Welcome, I’m the founder and CEO of Grand Terra Solutions!
I’ve created this business after serving in the real estate and property management industry nationwide and recognizing a need that was consistently unmet. Through the years, I began to understand the necessity of additional resources for developers and management companies. Someone who knew the business and could offer multiple services in a niche market without having to onboard new staff or spend a small fortune hiring a myriad of vendors. A gap solutions expert.
I obtained my real estate license in 2007 and graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Canyon University in 2014. Over the past 16 years, I’ve served as Broker, Corporate Development Advisor, Regional Manager, and Property Manager for well beyond $200 million dollars in multifamily, single family, and commercial assets. The majority of my multifamily experience has been in new construction and development from start to finish. I’ve lead new business development, training, operations, marketing, and advising in multifamily development. My experience spans the large urban metros of Colorado to the quaint rural communities of North Carolina, and a lot in between. I bring institutional level perspective to my business and clients.
I’m proud to partner with my husband, David Wallen, in the success of GTS. His education and background in finance bring yet another level of experience and expertise to our organization and benefit our clients greatly. Our passion is serving communities responsibly and growing your revenue.
We currently live on the coast of North Carolina with our four sweet children, Elliana, Seraphina, Attalie, and Judah. We have a heart for adoption and foster care, which we are always happy to share, and we love being out in nature.

David Wallen is originally from Tennessee and graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, AL with a degree in finance, economics, and business management. He was accepted to the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School and was commissioned as an officer. He served as a Logistics Officer for Headquarters Regiment in Camp Lejeune, NC and deployed to Afghanistan as part of a joint special operations advisory group to the Afghan National Army Special Operations Command. Later, he moved to Colorado and worked in the food manufacturing industry coordinating customer logistics for a dairy company and also managed contract pricing for the largest meat processing enterprise in the world. He enjoys staying connected with veterans in the community and supporting veteran owned and operated businesses. He is always planning our next trip to a national park, where he loves to take the kids hiking and wildlife spotting.
David recently retired from the Transportation Security Administration as a Federal Air Marshal, where he managed counter terrorism operations in both domestic and international regions. He brings extensive experience in analysis and project management to our team and is excited to contribute to Grand Terra Solutions as a financial analyst and advisor.
